Shipping Information:
 

We pay detailed attention to each order that comes through our studio. Our order turnaround time is 10-14 days. This processing time allows us to special order frames as well as complete your order with 100% satisfaction guarantee. Most orders ship sooner than the indicated time.

 

Miniatures, mini minis, and other small items are usually shipped USPS via Priority Mail.
Our larger items are shipped through UPS and require a street address. We provide tracking information upon request.  
If we are shipping to a third party (as for a gift) kindly reconfirm this via email at jpa@jackpaluh.com. Pieces can be personally signed by Jack Paluh to the gift recipient as a personal touch.

 

Please note, orders can be delayed due to holidays and inclement weather. We do not ship internationally at this time.
